Didgeridoo Artist • Sound Health • Human-Centred Guide
Welcome — I’m Kirk Dalgrin.
For more than 30 years, I’ve explored the intersection of presence, embodiment, sound, care, and conscious living. My work brings together practical groundedness with deep contemplative practice — supporting people through sound, awareness, compassion, and authentic human connection.
Based in Queensland, Australia, I am a didgeridoo artist, meditation practitioner, support worker, mentor, and facilitator. Since beginning my journey with the didgeridoo in the late 1990s, I’ve developed an immersive style of sound work that blends ancient resonance, breath, rhythm, silence, and intuitive expression to create spaces for clarity, release, restoration, and inner stillness.
Over the years, I’ve performed and facilitated experiences in churches, castles, memorials, retreat centres, festivals, community spaces, and natural environments of profound beauty — both independently and alongside musicians, healers, and wisdom practitioners. Each session is unique, but the intention remains consistent: to help people reconnect with themselves through presence, sound, and direct experience.
Alongside this path, I’ve spent many years working in hands-on care and community support. With experience in disability and aged care, surf coaching, hospitality, leadership, and business ownership, I bring a human-first approach grounded in lived experience — not just theory. My work is informed equally by practical service and contemplative practice.
I value systems thinking: understanding how mind, body, environment, relationships, habits, and community interact to shape wellbeing. Rather than separating health, awareness, creativity, and daily life, I see them as deeply interconnected. This perspective shapes how I guide, support, and create.
Yoga, meditation, Dharma practice, nature immersion, and ongoing self-inquiry have been lifelong companions on this journey. These disciplines continue to deepen my understanding of awareness, resilience, compassion, and the importance of meeting people where they are.
